Scope of delivery
Dry Unit U5000
The cabinet's integrated dry unit guarantees a quiet and maintenance- free operation in addition to automatic desiccant regeneration. Average power consumption is only 30W/h. Featuring extremely quick drying, maximum dryness is 0,5%.
Operation
The clearly arranged and user friendly 5,7" Touch Screen Display allows a safe and easy programming of the necessary parameters. The Temperature and humidity will be shown and recorded continuously. A Graph shows the lapse/ course/ developing of the last 4 hours. All data can be recorded on an SD Card up to one year. All cabinets are delivered with software to download data from the SD Card.
Sensor
The cabinet's high-performance Rotronik sensor facilitates accuracy of 1%rH, however, 0,6%rH is also available. Recalibration can be accomplished easily with a simplechange of the Sensor
Heater
The sensor controlled Heater supports a the drying process in the cabinet up to 60°C. The very strong radial fan in combination with thick insulation guarantee fast heating and a constant temperature profile. The lowest temperature possible is the room temperature plus 10°C for the energy of dryer and fan, which are located within the insulated cabinet.
Alarm
For optimal reliability, if humidity increases by more than the level specified, or if a door remains open, an alarm will sound to alert the operator. Optional: external optical-/ sound alarm by alarm tower.
Insulated stainless steel Body
The inside of the cabinet is constructed from thick stainless steel. The effective Insulation allows an energy efficient operation of the cabinet even when using the heating system. Because of the high isulation, the energy of the dryer and fan raise the internal temperature of the cabinet by 10°C over room temperature.
Shelves
Each of these cabinets features four adjustable feet and 10 extendable shelves for easy expansion. Height adjustment of the shelves is in 5 cm increments.
ESD Protection
Every Super Dry cabinet carries an EPA label showing that its surface resistance value meets IEC613405-01 demands.
