Description
The SD Series is equipped with one reliable dry unit to constantly maintain low humidity of < 5% RH. These cabinets are prepared for simple retrofit installation of a heater or N2 System (by customer). Easy to operate, this comprehensive range is recommended for the purpose storage of SMDs at low humidity. Engineered for medium to long-term constant low humidity storage, the SD-302 - 21 is ideal for the moisture-proof and anti-oxidation storage of wide-ranging technologies and conforms with IPC/JEDEC J- Std 033b.1
